1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NCYardPros.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

NC Yard Pros operates as a lead generation and referral service connecting homeowners with lawn care and landscaping professionals in North Carolina. We are not a direct service provider.

For Customers:

• We provide a directory of service providers
• We qualify and refer leads to appropriate professionals
• We do not guarantee service quality, pricing, or availability
• We are not responsible for work performed by referred businesses

For Service Professionals:

• Partnership includes a 3-month free trial period
• After trial: $29/month subscription fee
• Subscription includes year-round listing (including winter months)
• We provide qualified lead referrals based on service area and specialty
• No guarantee of lead volume or conversion rates

3. Professional Partnership Terms

3.1 Trial Period

New partners receive a 3-month free trial. During this period, you will receive qualified leads at no cost. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan unless you cancel with 30 days written notice.

• Business name, service type, location, and pricing display
• Verified badge (subject to verification requirements)
• Pre-qualified lead referrals via phone or email
• Customer contact information for follow-up

3.4 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
• Notice must be sent to: joechism333@msn.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Your listing will be removed within 48 hours of cancellation

3.5 Professional Responsibilities

As a listed professional, you agree to:

• Maintain proper licensing and insurance as required by North Carolina law
• Respond to referred leads within 24 hours (business days)
• Provide professional, courteous service to all referrals
• Honor quoted prices and service commitments
• Notify us of any changes to contact information, service areas, or business status
• Not use leads for purposes other than providing the requested services

4. Lead Referral Process

When a customer contacts NC Yard Pros:

1. We qualify the lead (location, service type, budget, timeline)
2. We match the lead to appropriate professionals in our network
3. We provide customer contact information to selected professional(s)
4. Professional contacts customer directly to provide quote and schedule service
5. NC Yard Pros is not involved in pricing negotiations, scheduling, or service delivery

5. Information Accuracy

5.1 Business Listings

Information displayed on NC Yard Pros is compiled from public sources including Google Reviews, Yelp, and other directories. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

• Current business hours or availability
• Exact pricing (prices shown are estimates)
• Real-time rating updates
• Complete service offerings

5.2 Customer Reviews & Ratings

Ratings and review counts are sourced from third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) and reflect data at the time of listing. NC Yard Pros does not independently verify reviews or ratings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NC Yard Pros provides this service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of lead volume, quality, or conversion rates
• Guarantees of service quality from referred professionals
• Accuracy of pricing, availability, or business information
• Uninterrupted or error-free website operation

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NC Yard Pros shall not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from services provided by referred professionals
• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss from referred services
• Lost business, profits, or opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Disputes between customers and service professionals

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim (for professionals) or $100 (for customers).

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Service professionals listed on NC Yard Pros are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of NC Yard Pros. Each professional is responsible for:

• Their own business operations, licensing, and insurance
• Tax obligations and business registrations
• Service quality and customer satisfaction
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Intellectual Property

The NC Yard Pros name, logo, website design, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our name or logo for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Scrape or harvest data from our website

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Spam or send unsolicited communications through our platform

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service

• Multiple customer complaints about service quality
